Okay I am in but I am a tricky case. I believe myself to be somewhere between 18 and 20% (but if I'm over that I want to know). Weight is 131ish and height 65-67" (spine curvature has lost me a few inches, but I have the skeletal system of someone who is 67).

Sara and Sidesteel, can you please help estimate mine as well? I might be tough because my legs and bottom seem to hold so much of the fat. How I wish spot reduction was possible. Thanks so much, hope this works!! And sorry about the lighting.

Thanks so much!! I'm very surprised at that number (in a good way) - this is despite the butt and thighs? I had prepared myself for around 22-24.

No fckn way are you over 20. You have ab definition, your legs aren't nearly as fat as you think as I can see quad development very readily. You do carry more of it on your lower half but taking it all into consideration I think the estimate is reasonable.

Wow, this really made my day. Thank you! My old Omron scale recently me at 29.8% while my new Precision EatSmart says 19.9%, which is why I thought anywhere from 22-24. Thanks again!

I used one of those a couple of months ago (about the same time my more recent pics were taken) and it put me at 29.something. Extrapolating from hydrostatic tests and eyeballing - I was probably 21%, give or take, and you are leaner than me by a few percentages points.

    Pretty embarrassed but here goes....

I am 5'6" 148-150 lbs 23 yrs old very not flexed here i thought it would be better to be relaxed but maybe i shouldve taken some flexed. Idk if this helps but my measurements are full bust: 38 waist: 29 hips: 39-40 thigh at fullest point: 23

    anyway...

28 to 30%. Since these are both relaxed, you are welcome to post a flexed pic if you'd like, that might bring the estimate closer to 28 than 30 but this is sort of a ballpark range.

EDIT: After looking again, I don't think you're 30. You're likely somewhere in the upper 20's with 28 being a reasonable assessment.

EDIT2: Pics removed per poster request.

Can you post pics that are in better lighting and that show a straight on view (one flexed, with arms up, and one unflexed with arms down) and a lateral view (unflexed) where you are standing more upright as the angles and the lighting make it too hard to assess with any accuracy.

It's a bummer because I swear these pictures are making my legs look way flabbier than they are. They're pretty solid - no jiggle when I walk or anything, haha. I'm an avid expert level backcountry snowboarder - so they're pretty solid.

Thanks. My Taylor scale says 20% and most online calculators put me around 17 (but I think those are thrown off by the fact I am an extreme hourgrlass so I have a very small waist).

Obviously I couldn't manage to get a good back pic on my own, oops!

As much as I don't want to be a big pain in the *kitten*, the issue now is that the lighting difference between the new and old pics is substantial. Suffice it to say that given the new pics you look considerably leaner, part of this is due to flexing (as expected) but part of this is due to lighting difference between pics.

I will say that you're definitely not 30%, could possibly still be 28%, could be somewhere in the mid 20's, but this lighting won't allow us to get very close.

And I'm being particular about this for accuracy sake :)

Also, if you would like the pics removed again, click "Edit" on your post and remove the links. If this doesn't work, PM me or flag the post and I'll take care of it.
