    Ok here goes; Height 5'7"
    Weight 158

    Pics in my profile.

Could you post pics some new pics.as it is hard to tell using the ones in your profile.

Quoting SideSteel's OP "a bare minimum you should post a front relaxed and a front flexed photo. The more photos you post and in reasonable lighting, the more accurate we will be able to estimate".

    Thanks

Can you please post them to the thread? Sara wrote a post on how to do this if you need assistance. We need to know which photo is flexed, which is relaxed, etc. Uploading them to a hosting site and embedding into a thread is quite simple. Tinypic is a good site for example.

    First one is front flexed.

    Second is side relaxed.

    Third is side flexed.

    Fourth is front relaxed

Our best guess would be that you're just a bit north of 15%, probably in the ~16-17 range.

It's so fun to have such talented guesses with us. I'll probably post a pic when I manage to get a pic of me with shorts on or somethin'.

The links work but it seems like mfp doesn't like images unless they are www images. I think there's a share button in photo bucket that does that? I don't know I don't use it.

Thankfully I was able to download "Yellow Box Remover 2.0".

On a serious note, right around 18-19% is going to be pretty close.

Thanks! Now to see how much I can not slack off and change myself as the months go by lifting my crappy weights.

p.s. all you're missing out on is a shinny gold but kinda granny looking bra :P </disappointment>

I'd be grateful if someone could take a guess at mine.

    I'm 190 pounds and 5' 11''.

    My scales say I'm 15% BF - I would guess at 18-20.

    Thanks guys

Sorry for the delay. We think your estimate is actually pretty reasonable at 18-20%.

I have some better pics too. I will edit this post with them later tonight. Thanks much!

No problem. If you can provide both flexed and relaxed and label them accordingly it will help us for accuracy.

    Cheers Side Steel.

BTW, I wasn't flexed in any of the pics and I think all my "extra" is loose skin :-(

I missed this thread entirely. That'll teach me to not actively look in the group...

    OK - here goes.

    40yo male
    5'7.75"
155.4 lbs as of the day before these pics were taken.
eta:These were unflexed. If flexed is needed, I can have some more pics up later tonight.

Could you post flexed as well (at least a front flexed view).

As requested, flexed front and side view. Not sure how much of a difference it makes, but I tried to get my leg in the side view.

edit: need to resize the pics...

If you are comfortable PM'ing both myself and SIdeSteel, then please send to both of us. If not, just PM me. You will get a better estimate however if you send to both of us.

    Hey Sara and Sidesteel!

Is there any way you can estimate me from my profile pics?

    5'3.5"
    40 years old
    Waist is 29.5"
    172 lbs
    Yeah...I have a *kitten*-ton of muscle.
Last time I figured my TDEE I think my LBM was around 134 lbs.
    I'm guessing 29-31% maybe lower?

Anyway was curious what you thought!

    Shel
