I am starting the challenge at 248 pounds. My goal is to lose 33 pounds by the end of the challenge. I can do this!!
Current weight: 242lbs.

Last challenge I started with the scale reading 155lbs and I wanted to get to 149lbs. This challenge isn’t quite up yet but I believe I’ll make that goal.
For this new challenge I’d like to gain lean muscle mass because I get so sad when my photos don’t seem to change at all.

The First set is January 1st 2013, 153 lbs. The second set is Today March 9th 2013, 143 lbs. Only 8 more lbs to reach my LTG!!!
Hi Guys, these are my before and afters from the New Year's challenge, so the after pictures are now my before pictures for this challenge. It's early, hope that made sense, need more coffee lol. Only 8 lbs to go to reach the LTG I have been after since baby #1 - prepregnancy weight!!! Currently 143 lbs, LTG 135 lbs.

The only way I know how is with a photobucket account. When you put your picture in photobucket it auto generates code on the right hand side that starts with "IMG". Copy and paste that code in there. You have to turn all the "IMG" into lower case "img" as well. If the pics are big in photobucket they are huge here lol, so resize them first. Hope that helps0

Ok I think I have finally worked out how to add my photos. I am currently sitting at 139lbs. I carry all of my weight on my legs and bum and so I am least happy with them I also have a bit of a tummy as I only had my son 5 months ago. My goal for this 15 week challenge is to loose 19lbs and to try and tone up a bit more.
Also if anyone wants to message me or needs a buddy to chat to, just for encouragement then work away, please message me. I too need lots of encouragement. Good luck everyone and I look forward to seeing the results in 15 weeks. I am starting hard on Monday 18th March so 15 weeks from then is the 1st July. Bring on the summer!! xx0 -

Haven't been 170 since I got my driver's license at 16, so I'll see what it looks like when I get there and maybe re-evaluate. Good luck everybody!

Fresh from this morning (roughly 161lbs) my goal is to get to 145lbs by the end of this challenge, and then eventually to 135lbs.
my lower stomach is a problem area...i don't have particularly wide hips and so I get these awful love handles that I can't wait to disappear!!0
