Well. Finished Insanity on Sunday, took photos etc....There is a big difference in my body shape and I have lost 1 stone. Got to say, as tough as it is to do the 63 days I do think its been well worth it. I have a busy month in May with work, out of town quite a lot staying in hotels so will try to do as much exercise as I can, then in June I am thinking of doing the Asylum. What about everyone else's post-insanity plans?0
