Well, with the help of texasgardnr I decided to count Walk & Kick as 2 miles yesterday.
No water aerobics this morning - it looked like we were about to have a thunderstorm ( but never happened of course ). So I did an oldie but goodie., Walk Slim 3 Fast Miles - that one is always good for a sweat!
GOAL - 45 MILES
SO FAR - 8 MILES
LEFT TO GO - 37 MILES

I just got my videos last week, and want to join the September Walk Challenge! My goal is 45. I did 2 miles on 9/1, 2 miles on 9/2, and 3 miles on 9/4 plus 3 miles today.

I have to stop reading what DVD's you all are doing! Makes me want to go shopping on collagevideo. I have lost count of how many LS DVD's I have. I don't care, I use every one of them and am 45 lbs lighter since Jan 2011. RIGHT??:drinker:
DId one of my alltime faves today - Walk Your Belly Flat 3 Miles - you would think as many times as I have done this one I would have a flat belly, but I don't.:grumble:

princessf1, LOL I kwym about knowing which DVD everybody is using . Good for you in loosing 45 lbs with the DVDs.
I have lost about 14 lbs since discovering the DVDs in April. These DVDS are awesome.

Thanks texasgardnr! I'm trying to lose 50 lbs by my 40th birthday next year August. I've heard so many good things about Leslie Sansone's videos, so I'm hoping they will help me. Last month I walked 76 miles with Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles. I have other dvds, but I like that one best.0 -

I hurt my shoulder earlier in the week and took a few days off from exercise. Now I need to catch up.

This is just what I need! I've been using LS for about 1.5 years. I need some accountability - I'm in for 50 miles in September!

Today I did the 3 Mile Advanced Walk from the Ultimate Collection. It totally kicked my butt! I can almost guarantee that my triceps will be sore tomorrow!
