I usually rest on Sunday but just felt like a 2 Mile. Did the Walk & Firm Interval workout. Now time for some football! have a great Sunday everyone!

Hurt my foot last night, no walking today. Have been icing and elevating. If the toe is broken, I may not be back to walking right away.

Since I got a late start, I'm revising my walking goal to how many days a week I walk and not miles. My goal is to walk six days a week and to date I have accomplished two weeks of six days a week for a total of 12 miles. That's huge for me considering I haven't workout since 2009. Week 3 here I come!!!!0

Hi all, I am so happy that we have so many walking and logging in this month. You all inspire me so much.
Oh, greatwood1, I so hope that you have not broken a toe. that is a total ouch, whether it is broken or only bruised. Been there and done that myself so I really can feel your pain. Keep icing and elevating your tootsies. {{{Hugs}}} dear one .
I took off off Saturday, and so I walked today instead.

Gosh, I love Leslie Sansone. I plan doing Leslie Sansone every two days w/ turbo jam and fitness blender in between. but, really, I love leslie more. it's easy and fun. and leslie is such a sweety.

Good Morning! I skipped water aerobics this morning and pulled out 5M Fat Burning walk and I just noticed texasgarnr did the same yesterday. Ha! I have not done that one in a while, it's a great one, I am sweating like crazy.
