Gosh, I love Leslie Sansone. I plan doing Leslie Sansone every two days w/ turbo jam and fitness blender in between. but, really, I love leslie more. it's easy and fun. and leslie is such a sweety.

Good Morning! I skipped water aerobics this morning and pulled out 5M Fat Burning walk and I just noticed texasgarnr did the same yesterday. Ha! I have not done that one in a while, it's a great one, I am sweating like crazy.

Another 2 miles from the Ultimate Collection for me! I also ordered a new set of DVDs to try out, they'll be here tomorrow. I ordered Leslie Sansone: Walk Away the Pounds - Fat Burning Miles because I'm really interested in the Walk & Jog one.

3 miles walked: from the 5 Day Slim Down DVD. Did mile 4 twice (tummy) and mile 5 (speed walk).

btw, i just started exercise for few days. i do watp every two days and turbo jam every other day.
is it okay if i just do leslie's? turbo jam movement it's kinda confusing for me. but i need to burn alot of calories since i have 70-80 lbs to lose. am I going to lose weight if i just do leslie's for maybe the first 3 months?
my diet hasn't change much since i live in a dorm. i just try to eat vegetable as much as i can.0 -

Hi, I'm Sue...I think I may have a slightly different issue than some others have. I restarted my journey with Leslie on 9-5-12. Got here on 9-14th. I'm 5'0", 159.6 pounds and would like to lose 30 pounds by Christmas, 2013. I have cerebral palsy and bipolar
disorder. I have to hold my walker while I do Leslie, so I get cardio on legs only. Use a 5 pound dowel, or a stretchie band for
chest presses, seated rows(in wheelchair) and also for biceps curls. For legs,I do three sets of 10 reps of vertical leg lifts, bent
knee raises(lying on bed) and horizontal leg lifts out to the side. I do this almost every day, walking 2-7 miles daily. Also do 100
modified wheelchair sit ups daily-2 sets of 50, although sometimes I do 100 straight through.
The problem comes in when I get kind of panicky after seeing my numbers here. Today I ate I think 1635 calories, burned 179
in cardio-3 miles. I feel like I have to burn another 2-4 miles to even things out so I won't gain. I don't know if this is going to be
sustainable long term. So far this month as of today I have walked 62 miles-not sure if that's a good thing or not. As I type this,
I feel guilty and panicky because I have only done three miles. I'm thinking I should do more. I forgot to mention that I'm on 1200
calories a day.
I'm wondering if anyone around here has gone through something similar. Would you be willing to share your story?
