Good Morning All!
My new WATP Fat Burning Miles DVD was here when I got home last night. Since i just had 2 rest days visiting the family, thought i would try it out! I did the 2M Walk Strong and used 3lb weights. WOW - Leslie meets Jillian & Chalene! I LOVED IT and the intervals are many of the same strength exercises in 30 Day shred and Turbo Jam. WIll definitely do this one once a week.
Hugs to all of the walkers in September and see you tomorrow for the October challenge! This was the most AWESOME month yet! Congrats on every single mile walked!

So I was able to do 4 miles today. I didn't reach my goal but you guys really kept me in it til the end! I hope to do better next month. You are all so inspirational especially the 50+ milers!!

princessf1, I love your description of your new 2M Walk Strong workout. Now I know why it worked my muscles good. I also used 3 pound weights.
I walked outside this morning. First time walking outside since summer (which for us can be spring according to the calender :noway: ).
Will have to measure it in miles again.
