Hi ladies!
Forget to post on 10/18/12 somehow. Anywho I weighed in at 214 pounds--down two pounds from last week and 5 pounds away from my November goal. I added in a much needed rest day this week. I am hoping to continue with my average 10 pound a month weight loss. We'll see. Keep pushing ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Quick check-in 10/11/12 ! I weighed in at 216 pounds today down two pounds from last week. Keep pushing ladies--you can do it!!!!!!!!!!Today's weigh-in 10/4/12 = 218 pounds WooHoo! Down four pounds from last week and at my original goal for October! Yay!
I also walked a total of 116 miles in the month of September--I set a personal goal of 90 miles.

Here for my weigh in today 9/27/12.
I am holding steady at 222 pounds this week--no loss, no gain (last week I lost a record 5 pounds to reach 222 pounds).
No complaints here considering TOM, and my indulgence in soul food (collards with smoked turkey, blackeyed peas with smoked turkey, and cornbread) all week. Happy to not have gained anything and to be 5 pounds below my September goal!

Today's weight 216. Overall I'm down 5lbs but my weight is coming off really slowly. Realistically I need to adjust my goals for the remainder of the challenge. I don't think I will reach Onederland but I will get close. So here are my stats and my new goals for the challenge.

GW: 205 lbs.

I really have a lot of trouble with water weight gain. I exercise at least twice a week and try to stay under 1600 cals (I dont always log it in, though). I definitely need to cut back on carbs. Any suggestions would be great!

One thing I am learning is that you must drink water. Sounds simple and I struggle at times with it. Now I am trying something that I use to do in the military drink water before I eat anything and during the meal. Get those glasses of water in daily::drinker:0 -
This month has been a challenge and I have not checked in the last two weeks. My weight has been up and down. It's very frustrating! Bring on November! Never quit.
