    Sadly, I am maintaining my SW. I don't think I am burning enough calories so I upped my cardio today and hopefully stay motivated to do it this week! Tomorrow is my weigh in day so we shall see!

    And weekends suck. I have a love/hate relationship with em. I did really bad over the weekend.

    No loss again this week, still at 228 per the scale, but I was able to get into a pair of jeans and actually button them, that before Christmas I could not even get close to buttoning, so I will have to take that for this week and hope for better numbers next week.

    I'm disappointed this week, because somehow my weight went up a pound. I've been more active and eating OK, I lost 4 lbs over the holidays doing the same.

    I've noticed that after exercising I'm not sore now and I'm not getting "jello-legs" any more. Does this mean that I'm gaining muscle, and could this be the reason for the gain? Any insight welcome!

    It has been very very slow weight loss. But I am happy that this time I have incorporated a healthy life style not a diet, as this will be the last time I have to yoyo 100 lbs. I love MFP as it has given me the tools to track my nutrition and fitness AND open up a community that understands the challenges of losing weight.

    Goal weight = 162.6 (52 pounds from 214.6)

    UGH! I'm up 1.8 pounds ... still a loss of 2.4 pounds since the 1st ... So I guess it isn't a total failure. Goal to lose .6 pounds by next weigh-in so I am on track.
