  • Yay! 1.8 lbs lost this week even though I ate 5 chocolates yesterday! Comfort food in the snow!
    I stopped eating wheat two weeks ago so that might have made a difference - I feel much less bloated now.

    Weight loss slowed this past week due to increasing strength training. Still happy to have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks.

  • This is so very frustrating!! I am eating right, staying in my calories and exercising 5 days a week. I have not measured again, soI am not sure if Ihave lost any inches. Any ideas??

    I haven't seen much of a change... but I've also been very off-track due to being sick most of January and getting a promotion at work.
    Marathon training started this week so I am back. Ready to do this!

    It looks like you are losing about a pound a week. That is nothing to sneeze at and honestly, the best way to do it! You are doing just fine, you'll start to see changes...maybe try measuring as another way to judge?

    But I'm down 6.8 lbs. in 21 days so ill take it
    Comes out to an average of 0.32 lbs per day which is my target.(average of 3pounds every 10 days)

    I am full fledge back into the gym this week after losing my grandpa and then getting sick so I am hoping for better results soon. I also admit I have not been to good about keeping up on the challenges!! I Wish I could get my head in line with my heart!
