    Yay! I finished up a few days early!! But I am still gonna continue my walking and Leslie walks and record them here. They look nice on paper so to speak and help to keep me motivated :)

    Not my finest week... I was away at a conference T-F, and got sick Wed night. It was all I could do to make it through the conference days and then I went right to bed (at least hotel beds are comfy!). I got home Friday night around 6pm and was in bed by 7pm, then slept for 12 hours! I did go to the hotel gym my first night, and was proud of myself for doing so, but was too sick the other nights to make it. :sad: Yesterday, I just rested in bed, then thought I was better today and did a three mile walk. A few hours later, I was down again. On a positive note, I'm just a mile away from my January goal, so I'm sure I can make it.

    Congrats to all who already have --- and for continuing with your walks exceeding your goals. You have been a motivator!

    Make it a great week and get those last miles in before the end of the month this Thursday!

    Hi everyone! Although I purchased a LS video over a year ago (Walk Away Your Waistline), yesterday was the first time I actually put it in the player. I just did the 1-mile, but a few hours later, I could feel the soreness in the backs of my thighs. (And am still a bit sore today!) I hope to do a bit more this week and be ready to join the challenge in February with a modest goal of 28 miles. I am EXTREMELY out of shape, so this will be a real test for me. Looking forward to joining everyone soon!
