    Bleck! I've been down and up and down again ... I need to get myself under control. Not bad considering all of the fluctuation, only 1/2 pound off of the week 6 bench mark.

    (I forgot to post this last week...I weighed in on 2/8 and had dropped another 3.4 over the previous two weeks. I do my "official" weigh-ins on a scale at one of the clinics where I work. Probably going to do another "official" weigh-in tomorrow, too....maybe I'll be out of the 280s!)

    Finally a loss, not a huge one but a loss - Down 1/2 lb from last official weigh-in, but 3 lbs from last week which was a sodium laden post vacation weigh in, so very happy.

    SW - 228
    CW - 225

    Not exactly a pound a week, but I have also changed up my program, using the Road Map and 20% TDEE, so I am hoping to shake up my body into a downward trend. Here's hoping.

    Biggest Challenge: fluctuation ... it seems I'm all over the place, the trend is downward, but I am up and down week to week it seems. It gets discouraging sometimes.

    My usual pattern. Hoping for a good drop next week. Body is adjusting to twice a week strength training with trainer at the gym. Continuing with exercise bike with addition of a little elliptical. Watching what I eat - not just calories. More greens!!

    Down 17 right now. Had a tough weekend with birthday parties, vacation, and celebrations. One day off track brought me up 3 pounds! But, they are coming off fast. I love MFP because this is one of the first times that "one day off track" didn't throw me completely off track!
