    Max Interval Plyo! I don't know which one I dislike more, this or Max Interval Circuit!

    Turned my ankle last night, so look like taking today as my rest day, then have a 7 day stretch to finish the whole shebang!

    I dislike Cardio Abs.
    It's ok to continue with the burn, I just don't see it as a particularly good gut session.

    I am not a fan of it either if I am honest but I am still trying to stick to the schedule even with the ones I hate.

    My favourites are Max Cardio Conditioning and Core Cardio & Balance

    Decided to do my Fit Test again today on my rest day just to make tomorrow morning a little easier for myself. I have improved or stayed the same in all areas except the Power Jumps where I did 1 less than last time. BUT.....I am most happy about those darn Push-Up Jacks....lol. I finally was able to so more than 3 of them. Surprisingly I did 9 and felt like I kept good form. For the life of me I dont know how they are able to do so many of them when, before today, I was just crumbling on the floor and spent most of the time lying there looking at them...lol

    I'd reconcile the power jump conundrum by reasoning that I was jumping higher and hanging longer in the air and therefor had less time to fit reps in.
    I'd Max Plyo this morning, 1st session of my last week.
    Still carrying this ankle knock, so probably working at a reduced capacity, but I'm damned if I'm sitting things out with a week until I'm done.

    No I did the abs, but just don't tend to include that in my diary.

    We're almost done kiddo. You anything lined up for afterwards?

    Hi BigDoug and Imaan,

    I am on day 51, so basically the penultimate week. Blv BigDoug is one week ahead of me. I should finish on 10th March.

    I am actually doing this workout with my sis "chrisja" though we live in different countries:smile: . My intention after is to take about a 2 weeks break and do some other exercises and then possibly start insanity again. Unless of course I can get my hand on some other beachbody programme. I would love to give turbofire a go.

    What about you guys?

    I've got The Asylum at home, so I'll probably have a good bash at that.
    Going to need a week or so off to let this ankle heal up though.

    oh cool. yea, you really need to take a week or 2 off. i was considering renewing my gym membership but i am so enjoying exercing at home that i don't think i will bother right now. i was going to the gym for 2 years upto october 2012.

    Max recovery.
    As a sidenote, I felt really good when I finished my session yesterday, then stuck in " Overtime " which is a 12 minute " extra " to be added on to work out's in T"he Asylum".
    Thought it'd be interesting to se what I was letting myself in for.
    I lasted about 4 minutes.
    The next step will be VERY interesting indeed.

    Had to really drag myself out of the bed this morning. Did Max Recovery today. Not my favourite one but at least it got a bit more interesting towards the end.

    Bollocks, serves me right for just having " Thursday = recovery " in my head.
    Now I have to go home and do Core Cardio and Balance as well.

    Then out tomorrow night to get very drunk for a friends birthday.
    ( she thinks that's why we're going out, but I know it's to celebrate me finishing Insanity )
