When you record your walk in myfitnesspal what do you select for the exercise? How fast do you say you are walking?0

You can go at this one of two ways...a mile takes 15 min to walk according to LS (unless she says otherwise; which she has the last several years). Look under Walking and choose the amount you've walked with LS( 2miles, 3 miles etc). Log it that way. Alternatively,
you can log it as Low Impact Aerobics.( I do this).Just enter the minutes you've done LS. MFP will do the rest. Best wishes, Sue0 -
You can look at the tape/DVD and see what times they have listed for the miles. For example, on her 5 Mile Fat Burner DVD, the miles are 12 minutes each. In some other DVDs they are 15 minutes each. On others they are as slow as 20 minutes each.0

To further clarify, once you know how long it takes to do a mile, you simply divide an hour (60 minutes) by the number of minutes it takes to complete a mile. Thus, if you take 15 minutes to do each mile, you are walking at a speed if 4mph...60 divided by 15 equals 4.0

Hi SheShe_13, This group is open to any and all walkers, the majority of us use Leslie Sansone Walk At Home workouts, but those great walks outside or on the treadmill, as well as other Walk DVDs, count too. However you get your walk in, join us!
If you have any other thoughts or questions checkout the first post of the May's Challenge introduction for a possible answer. Hope that this helps

A bit later than usual but not too late. Of course I join in again and plan on 60 miles in May. I was MIA because my mother was here and we celebrated her 85th. It was nice and stressful at the same time. Now I have to get the garden weeded and a new puppy to house-train. All that will keep me going

Trying to do a little everyday. I only took one rest day so far so I think I'm doing alright. Hopefully, I can drag my butt out of bad early tomorrow so I can get some walking in before the girls wake up.
