CW = 196.4.
Going on vacation Sat (20th, for a week) so I am a little nervous starting before I go but, I will still give it a go! This shouldn't matter. Trying to change my way of thinking.
I've found changing my thinking about food to be one of the most important things I've done in my journey thus far. Still have a lot to work on, but being cogniscient of it def helps0 -

We can all do this- Will definitely be a lot of work and will have to stay focused and keep up the motivation, but I can already tell this group is going to be great for that!!!
Ok-- Looks like it's 24 wks til NYE (24 and a day....). So, 50 lbs/24 wks is just a smidge over 2lbs/wk (a daily deficit of 1000 cals).
