    Hi guys-- sorry I've been a smidge MIA-- life is rearing its ugly head lately. So-- I fell off the wagon late last week and unfortunately ended the week up a couple lbs :( BUT-- As of today I am back on track! Over by like 55 cals today, i think, but all things considered I am pretty happy with that. Haven't been able to get to the gym in a few days, so that is disappointing as well, but I am trying my best to work everything in. Just a very busy time, with some personal things going on, too. But, at the very least I can control what I choose to put in my mouth, and I intend to do so! Weight loss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise, so, that is a pretty good place to start. Still plenty of time to get 50kbs off by NYE-- let's do this guys! :)

    I did horrible this week for multiple reasons! I made up a contract/ plan with myself last night, hope that helps too!
    SB for challenge 180 Body Fat 41%
    CW 182 Body Fat 40.1 %

    So while I ate too much and gained the numbers show my exercise is paying off, in FAT I did lose, about 1 pound.

    My usual weigh in day is Sunday but I didn't have a chance to post. As I expected I was up 2 lbs. but they are almost gone now -- back on track. So hard to lose over the summer, but this challenge is helping me to stay focused! :)

    I've lost 8.9 lbs in a week and a half. I have less then 40 to go to reach my goal weight! The weight loss will be slower now that I got rid of all that excess water weight, but its a good jump start. I can totally do this!

    7/25 - no change. I'm sick :sick: . I have fluid in my ears and bronchitis. So this week is out for exercise.:grumble: . Hopefully next week will be better once the meds have completely kicked in. Good luck everyone!!! :drinker: :flowerforyou:

    first friday weigh in 12th july 2013: 214
    last week friday weigh in 19 july 2013: 211

    Todays weigh in 26 july 2013: 209

    so 2lb down

    having a bit of a funny week this week. have turned it around, feeling all the positive and trying to avoid negative, had a shift up of my goals-set my calories to a different level based on my tdee and bmr and body fat% and all that nonsense. finding it hard to eat all this food, but trying to get my net cals up! :)

    sorry to hear you are unwell, wishing you a speedy recovery! take lots of rest and don't over do it when you get back into the swing of things! x

    Good morning, my start weight is 208 with a goal of 140. Even on the off chance that everything goes flawlessly, reaching my goal by NYE is probably unrealistic, but I'll sure give it a shot!

    Started weight with this Challenge on: 50 lb. Loss with NYE 7-14-13

    SW: 7-14-13=390 lbs.
    LW: 7-20-13=380
    CW: 7-27-13=386

    A Total Loss Of.......22 lbs. So Far ☺

    This week I plan to continue C25K and swimming laps. Also keeping my calories under my goal and drinking 12 cups of water per day.

    I'm not accepting my weight in this morning, I'll wait until tomorrow and see if it's any better. Been doing a different TYPE of exercise than usual, and my carbs have been running high, so I think the unsatisfactory number may be from water retention. ::Shakes fist at scale:: Mean thing!

    Smart idea! I switched p things the first week of this and it showed a two pound gain! So this weeks weigh in for me is almost 6 pounds less then last week! Up two, down 6! Our bodies do hold onto 5 pounds that shift back and forth!
