Since I have already lost 15 lbs and dropped from 188 to 173, I have decided to change my target goal weight from 170 to 165 pounds. The last time I weighed 165 was when I was 11 or 12. However, due to my TRX workouts, I'm starting to see some definition so I know that this 165 lbs will be very different than the 165 lbs of 40 years ago! Over 7000 calories in August will help me get there!0

Coming in on day 2, but I did manage to get in a walk yesterday on my lunch break at work and then did my treadmill walking today. Here's my progress so far:
8/1 -- 158/6842
8/2 -- 523/6319
I will probably go over the 7000 for the month, but I really have no idea how much to predict, so I'll still with that as my challenge for now. :happy: Good luck everyone!0 -

I decided to stick with it. It's the keeping track that's hard, o I'm doing a spreadsheet. I've been swimming a lot and adding in body weight resistance (crunches, push-ups, squats, pelvic lifts) to help strengthen my body overall.
I can really feel a difference in my legs and my arms are buffing up.
