This week I plan to continue C25K and swimming laps. Also keeping my calories under my goal and drinking 12 cups of water per day.0 -
No loss for me this week Starting the 17 day diet today with a few from this group....hopefully that will help. Oh, and not eating so much sugar! I can manage to keep at my set calories but have way too much sugar!0

No change for me, at least I don't think so. Been a rough last 8 days. I've been in Morgantown, WV for the last 6 days, came home last night and my mom and I are heading back up on Wed morning. My step-dad has to have triple bypass surgery Thurs. I will be up there til the next Wed or Thurs if all goes well with his surgery. I'm very anxious, nervous, scared...you name it, I'm feeling it! We were told today that there is a 40% chance he won't make it thru the surgery. I knew it was dangerous, but when it's put to me like that, its very frightening! Looks like ya'll are doing great! Keep up the good work!0

So thrilled to finally see a loss! After being on vacation and everything. I hadn't lost anything on my vacation but, can say now I a down.

I have been following my doctor's advise and am finally going down. For me being obese, I have restricted my calories a bit more than normal and once my activity gets to be more, I will slowly increase my calories when I feel I am slowing down on weight loss. For now I am just walking and not doing anything vigorous (listening to my doctor). This is just for my personal situation and I don't recommend this for everyone but so far so good and will monitor. Just so happy to finally feel better. The foods I am eating I feel are making me feel better and I wouldn't have thought this. YAY0 -

Been having trouble sleeping this week, so the losses have been minimal. But, at least they are LOSSES, not maintain or gain! Better next week - school starts again, so I'll be on the move a LOT more combined with a much more active job.0 -

When I started this 50LBS Down by NYE Challenge Group on the 16th of July I weighed 132KG / 290.4LBS.
On the 5th of August I started the 17 DAY DIET, to boost my weight loss with a few friends here on MFP, weighing in at 129.1KG / 184LBS; today is Day 10 and I weighed in this morning at 126KG / 277LBS.
Total loss so far: 6KG / 13LBS
Another 37LBS to go to 50LBS lost.
Total loss overall since starting MFP on 17 May 2013: 139KG - 126KG = 13KG / 28.6LBS0 -
