I was posting this again cuz I see on the chart that my points are at 177 but I was wondering IF I get points for those questions below too? Also I did 100 Core Reps on Wednesday!
Points for Monday 10/21 - Sunday 10/27:
Points from last week:
1. Met water goals every day = 35 points
2. Sodium every day but 1= 30 points
3. Workout= 50 points
4. Bad habit = 25
5. Good habit = 25
6. posted a team page positive everyday=: 7
7. Smacked the Sharks on 10/27 = 5
Stretching= what were the points for this? I did the 2 to 7 min on 3 days Plus I did 10 min everyday for fleability.=
Bonus,I posted a recipe and pic (with Sheri's help)= how many points?

Making Sheri stew tonight. Our weather is just right for stew. Had to use regular potatoes and onion cause that's what I had. Still cooking but looks an smells great. Hope it is somewhat like yours Sheri

Ok so on the challenge page it says we need at least 400 core reps but on the spreadsheet we need 500, I'm assuming it's the 400 we need right?0

@couple stretching questions/points it looks like - the challenge this week was to do the 5 minutes towards your flexibility goal Everyday - there were no points for stretching it was a requirement....one persons goal on our team IS to stretch 10 minutes before and after exercise for her good habit so she's the only one who has her stretching matter towards her weeks points - BUT that is in ADDITION to the 5 minute flexibility goal..
It is Awesome if you do extra!!! Only going to achieve your goal easier and quicker but the 5 minute min for it is what counted....hoping that's the main question....I'm nice and sick now...so a tad foggy on cold meds :sick: and this IS what I look like!!

2. 150 reps. This killed me as boot camp Wed was abs for the first 20 minutes and I am still sore!
3. 10 minutes stretching after my run
4. No alcohol last night-met my 4 days goal

I have stretched every day this week for at least 5 minutes, usually more.
I don't see many people in a day just the handful in my group. They get suspicious if I act too nice. :laugh:0 -

I tried to focus more on kindness too, but I am usually complimentary and helpful so it was not anything out of the ordinary except driving 40 minutes to pick up my mom and take her to the hospital in the middle of the night with my 2 little kids without complaining to anyone about any of it including lack of sleep kids missing school and all that stuff.

I was in such of a hurry this morning that I forgot to post that I got in 10 minutes of stretching too!!
It was our schools 50th annivsrary & lunch was lasagne, so needless to say my co-worker & I never caught a break. I was sooooo stressed that I could not eat a thing!!! A good thing I guess!0 -
I sent my weigh in and workout to Sherri this morning. I did forget to say I also got all my stretching done before my appointment. Of course they had me doing more at my appointment. :-)
All the others things done today also. I haven't got to look at the chart this week. But I'm sure we all did great.

I've spent this whole weekend trying to sleep off this nasty cold thing....and as luck would have it my TOM came at the same time....I'm gonna look at the silver lining here...and be glad I killed 2 birds with 1 miserable weekend!! Didn't get ANY of the crap done I'd been hoping to this weekend because of both...but I think I'm going to be RARING to Go By Tomorrow!! Dolphins we took two steps down to let the Sharks and the Wolverines feel what it's like to be on top but ""WE"" want it back!!! The ONLY thing of ours that is going down this week is OUR weight!!! Let's show em!!!!
SUNDAY:
1. 120 minutes of the treadmill & total body conditioning for 1258 calories!
2. 10 minutes of HIIT
3. total 450 REPS from 250 Core Reps + 100 UB Reps + 100 LB Reps
4. I got 2 pts from taking the stairs at church & at home (instead of having someone else do it I did it)
5. 5 minutes of stretching

I don't get it. Friday I was on such a high. Was able to purchases first pencil skirt since my teen years. And in one size bigger then what I am going for right now as goal. Then like some sick twist I've gained everyday since and not just a little. I don't get it. I'm in my calorie range. Sodium is good. Drinking all my water.
I just don't get it. I understand us ladies have weight fluctuations and such but come on. :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh:0
