I've been really busy helping family that in 9 days I've only been able to run twice for my couch to 5k, I had my goal at 60 miles but honestly I feel like I'm more likely to get 45 miles, so that's my new goal.

Did a short shake down ride today. Race day tomorrow so needed to get used to racing bike again.
Wish me luck! Florida State Time Trials 5K and 10K - I am going to MOVE!(for the @Ss movers!)

so I went spinning this morning and then tried riding my bike after work. I only got 8 more miles. My thighs are all crampy. Hubby says that I didn't hydrate enough. I really thought that I would be able to do 20 more this afternoon. I knew I pushed hard in spinning but I didn't think I would be spent! I don't think I will be going on my ride tomorrow morning.
