3.41 this morning....... only 4 really nice near falls and one downer, But I handled it with grace :blushing:

Dave - Any improvement in the illness? You've had a heck of a year so far. You've done well to put in as many miles as you have.
Speedy - How did you put in that many miles? It's got to be like eleventy billion degrees below zero there.
I don't think I'm going to be able to do much this weekend. I've got a couple of critical patients in. Hope the rest of you guys get in some good miles this weekend.0 -

First run since Monday. I didn't want to get really sick the first week on a new job. Figured if the run wiped me out I could always go back to bed today. It felt great so I guess I'm better.
Dave, I hope you are feeling better.
It is amazing how all you people in the south and east are managing to get your miles in. I'm going to just make my goal (hopefully) and we only had a couple days of snow.
This should put me back in the green.
