Well this gym stuff is not too bad. Been using the recumbent stationary bike. Decided to use the performance program, well I sure did not know what I was getting myself into. Who knew I would be pedaling up the equivalent of a mountain for 6 straight miles. Getting some decent miles in, not what I am used to, but decent. Wow lousy numbers this week.

12.50 miles mtn biked this afternoon, mtd 83.07. Glad to be back in the saddle after a few days of running, and my lower back and hip is thanking me too!0

Took a 20 minute speed walk at lunch and then this afternoon decided to do 30 more minutes but just didn't stop. Keep walking and before I knew it, I had walked an hour and 41 minutes! Felt good to get out of the house. It's finally starting to get nice outside again!
