    4 Mile Super Challenge plus walking around shopping for Mar 7th and today did 27 minutes of Debbie Rocker walking

    18 miles so far.

    March 2: 2 miles outside, LS 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk
    March 3: LS Walk to the HITS Radio Remixes 3 mile (I really disliked this one and found her "HIIT" training to be way too easy)
    March 4: Jessica Smith Belly, Buns, and Thighs Walk (about 2 miles)
    March 5: LS Just Walk 4 Mile Power Walk
    March 6: LS 5K With a Twist (3 miles)
    March 7: Rest Day
    March 8: 3 miles outside

    I have been doing Leslie Sansone 4 fast miles all week. I love this one I. like the 5 mile also but this one seems to go by so much faster.

    Ok I have to catch up a bit here....Lets see....
    I am in at 12.5 miles at this point. I slacked a bit.
    The last update was 3/4, so:
    3/5: 2 miles using Chris Freytag (I forget which one, I have a playlist on YouTube...)
    3/6: I was out all day and without my FitBit so I have no idea how much I walked (sigh) so I put in 1/2 mile.
    3/7: I did 2 miles using a Jessica Smith vid on YouTube
    3/8 I did 2 miles doing another Jessica Smith vid Flat Abs walk.
    3/9: 3 Miles with Abs

    March 10: No miles. I was out with my mother all day and did NOT have my FitBit. I have no idea how much I walked.
    March 11: 1 Mile. Wound up being out late running errands, and back home I am having to scurry to get my homework in on time for class. I will be back on it tomorrow!!

    Its been a busy past few day, but I think I'm back on track.
    Did the 5 mile fat burning miles today.
    bring my total to 22 miles
    Goal 80.... I guess I need to get moving if I'm going to make my goal this month.

    I'm getting a late start for the March challenge. My goal this month will be 90 miles.

    March 4-5 miles (5 fat burning miles)
    March 5-5 miles (5 fat burning miles)
    March 6-4 miles (4 fast miles)
    March 10-3 miles (2.25 miles outside .75 miles on treadmill)
    March 11-4 miles (4 fast miles)
    March 12-4 miles (4 fast miles)
