    Done this morning, jogged 20 mins straight without stopping. Soo proud of myself. Leg bloody ache now though!! lol

    Yay!! Feels great when you hit another goal doesn't it?! I've done 4 days out of 5 at the gym for 3 weeks now and I might even go in the morning as well :happy:

    Morning all, cycle to work this morning for me. Actually its cycle, train, cycle but lets skip the train bit as it seems more impressive. Also eaten bad things but under cal goals i think.

    Wooo hooo after a 3/4 days off from the pool, jumped in this morning and felt like a oversize dolphin, this is 100% better than a oversize seal.

    Great swim for me this morning.

    overslept this morning. Keep telling myself that I'll do my workout afte rwork tonight instead, but I'm not convinced that its gonna happen.

    My 6am session didn't happen this morning (don't hate me!) I was out last night at friends and didn't get home until gone 1am so getting up at 5.30am was not going to happen!! Going to kettlercise tonight so that will make up for it and may do a quick gym session beforehand. No 6am's until next Wednesday either...having an extended easter weekend so my 6am sessions will probably be more like 11am sessions!

    Day off from the gym today and took his nibs for a walk instead. He had his yearly vet check last night and has lost a kilo since last year - he's doing better than me lol!!!

    Well that's my last early get up till after the bank holidays, but I'll do my best to get a couple of gym sessions in over the weekend :wink:

    Holiday time - Doing nothing for 5 days, maybe a chillout swim session but nothing more :) then another 2 month push of doing things correctly.

    I usually get up at 5 so I have time to digest my breakfast before I hit the gym at 6.30
