We finally have sun in our region!!! The hubby and I went biking, although my butt told me I'm still sore, so I only did 2km in 30 to 40 minutes. He's still out there biking away. I am the world's slowest cyclist. :blushing: But it's better than sitting on my butt at home. Although drinks on a patio was pretty tempting. :drinker:
Waiting for some fresh corn on the cob to steam and rice as well. Snacking on a strawberry yogurt cup.0 -

Now I sympathize with the original Little Mermaid today. She was cursed when she transformed into a human that every step would feel like stepping on glass. That's how my feet feel today after shopping around for Mother's day gifts. Mom wanted a specific table and most stores were sold out!
Burned around 2 hours of being on my feet breaking in new sandal wedges. I think MFP should compare walking in regular shoes to walking in heels. I think we burn more calories that way. :P0 -

Karen, Thank you for starting this challenge. Just what I needed.
May 1: I posted this as 20 minutes of dog walking. Actually the goats got out of the pen and I was chasing them around to catch them and get them back in the pen.
May 2: Gardening 60 minutes
May 3- Dancing 10 minutes
May4-Housecleaning 20 minutes
May5- Walked around several stores while shopping approximately 30 minutes, then went out to a farm to buy plant starts and walked around the farm for about 30 minutes. It was beautiful although I could have done without the rain.
May 6-Walked around the grocery store, vacuumed the house and chased my grandkids. Not sure how many minutes this added up to but it was definitely more than five.
May 7-Walked around yard approx. fifteen minutes
May 8-Traveling. walked around rest stops at driving breaks. more than fifteen minutes
May 9- Went to the casino and walked around off and on for a couple hours, then walked around the hospital for a couple of hours off and on, while sister had tests.
May 10-not much walking today, but at least five minutes of fooling with the flowers and the yard.0 -
