Im so jealous of you guys and all the walking and stuff.
Right now I think Im doing pretty good just walking from my office to my truck without huffing and puffing.
Just build it up slowly and you will get there. At my heaviest 297lbs I hated doing anything that involved walking, we parked as close as possible, I shopped online, getting up the 2 flight of stairs to our flat got me sweaty and aggravated. I have not lost that 62lbs easily or quickly or gotten to the point where I can do 25 mins of brisk walking easily. And I still huff and puff at the end of it lol.0 -

I totally failed this May challenge. Got sick for a few days, plus backlogged with work. And the miserable weather wasn't a great incentive either.
BUT I went for a walk after work today to clear my head. Ended up wandering for over an hour and covered nearly 4 kilometers in distance. Probably would've walked further but the ankle was starting to complain and it was getting chilly again.0 -

Norah I am amazed at your fitbit walking!! You go girl!! I feel like a real slacker when I look at mine and am lucky to hit 3000 steps in a day; even with a walk thrown in!! I really miss working because it was so much easier to get in walking and moving then.0 -
