3.2 mile walk/run. Finally did a mile after letting my sore hip rest and got a new personal best of 10:39. Go figure. Massage appt in an hour - the therapist will have her work cut out for her.

And still going strong to finish out the week. :laugh: All walking miles, but I can *see* the bike under all of the furniture. We're on the home stretch to get the bathroom finished with the plumber coming today and the electrician tomorrow or Friday (fingers crossed & positive thoughts).
