You may have also noticed that my super-late night spreadsheet updates haven't been happening lately. That's because since I've been running in the morning again, I am zonking out for the night around 9-10pm now! :laugh: I'm still updating the sheet every day, the timing is usually afternoon now though. Keep those mileage updates coming!!!!! :drinker:

Yes, Dave, I have noticed the running rather than the biking! And all the discussion on hip girdle area and Tbands which has been helpful for me too. I really love this group though I don't comment daily. You all keep me going!
