    Overcame a huge fear this past week, but it caused a lot of stress which derailed me completely in terms of my relationship with food. Seems like I didn't have the energy to deal with two big issues at once. It was a really bad couple of days. Lying about how much I'd eaten so I could get more, picking up from multiple places, sneaking into the kitchen to pick around whatever was there and edible... all to the point where my stomach just could not physically handle any more. It had to have been the worst series of binges I'd had in a very long time.

    I packed breakfast and lunch for myself today, as well as pre-logged ideas for when I get home. This needs to end today. I cannot let TB get another point and surpass me. I need to maintain control.

    I almost felt like I was falling today, but I ate my snacks then went to the gym, that helped me burn the extra calories I ate and balanced out my evening. I have no feelings of shame or guilt! ;-)

    Ugh, I totally had it planned to eat well and I did...until after lunch. I ate some crap and it went downhill from there. At least I ate some healthy food today so it was better than yesterday I guess.

    I'm so depressed. SO depressed. I don't know what to do anymore. Except try again tomorrow.

    I don't know how I managed it but I surfed the urge to binge yesterday. I was at my friends and all I could think about was getting home to binge as I was still feeling rubbish from Monday but when I got in I literally wouldn't allow myself get up off the sofa and focused on the football and somehow managed to get to bed without giving in at all!! Wish everyday could be like that!!

    Went to bed hungry, and got up for a 5 am cereal binge. That is 4 binges this month in the middle of the night, all involving cereal (oatmeal and grape nuts) and granola bars (oats and honey).

    Clearly, I have a cycle going on here. Good news is I can identify it. Bad news is that my willpower sucks in the middle of the night. During they day, I have a very healthy diet for the most part.

    That is a huge problem for me I always think everyone is better than me constantly comparing but I am workin on it and it is a process have a goodnite
