    7/1 - swam 600 yards = .3 miles
    7/2 - swam 2000 yards = 1.1 miles
    7/3 - ran 4.4 miles
    7/10 - walked 2.6 miles
    7/12 - triathlon - swam .3 miles, run to transition .2 miles, biked 16.8 miles, run 3.4 miles
    7/13 - walked 1.2 miles
    7/16 - swam 2500 yards = 1.4 miles

    31.7 / 80 miles done!

    I got back on the bike today. Slowly building back up as my injuries are still an issue. Hopefully I will make goal, but by the way things are going, I just might not make it.

    07/15 - 1.5 miles walking
    07/16 - 7.0 miles biking

    So, the knee is feeling better and biking (21.7 miles added) didn't hurt it at all. Am hopeful tomorrow will be 100% for a shortish run.

    Ok Dave,
    take me to an even 200 miles., i'm trying to focus on my strength training, but cardio is so much easier for me. With that being said I'm adding another 7.34 walking miles

    At home with the stationary bike, walk in the meadow, more bike. Added 7.4 miles.

    July total to date = 46.21.finally
    Also. After a month and a half of losing and gaining the same two pounds, I achieved the ROUND number of 50 in the "Lost so far" department! A week of vacation must have helped.

    Better yet, a couple of people have greeted me by saying, "Howdy, Slim!"

    3 miles this morning. Felt pretty good. The shin splint seems to be gone. The thigh/butt muscle pain is still hanging around. :grumble:
    Don't think my kettle bell workout with all the squatting helped it out at all. Oh well. Pushing through!

    Strength and Stretch class this AM, and then I waLKED AROUND THE MEADOW. NEITHER ADDS A LOT TO THE MILEAGE TOTAL, BUT THE PEDOMETER SAYS I COVERED .81 MILES.

    JULY TOTAL TO DATE = 47.02. STILL WORKING TOWARDS GREEN.
