    So bummed, I had planned to spend time on the treadmill while watching US Open today, but I ended up having a really bad allergy attack and spent the day on the couch. Hopefully feel better tomorrow and log as many miles and calories as I can!

    1- 843 calories burned-walked 2.0mph around my office and at the mall:bigsmile: , walked 3.0 mph. and 2 miles, treadmill climb 42 mins and 3 miles. total miles=5

    Not sure how I'm going to get my miles in. I love to walk and hike but the Arizona heat makes that difficult unless I get up earlier in the morning (like 430ish). May just have to suck it up and get on the darn treadmill and elliptical. :frown:
