    So I have gotten in 7.75 miles in two days, but it is really taking an effort to get it in. This is a great challenge for me, my dog is loving getting out for walks again. Noticed one of the other members on here mentioned rowing. I need to try that for a couple of days this week. I used to row at the gym, then for some reason stopped doing it.

    9/2 - 349 calories - treadmill - walk/jog 2.8 miles (am) and 498 calories - ifit simulated incline treadmill hike - 2.0 miles (pm)
    Total = 847 calories and 4.8 miles


    Total Calories = 1378
    Total Miles = 7.5

    Maybe this NordicTrack incline treadmill isn't so bad! You all are doing great! Major motivation for me to "feel the burn"...

    1- 843 calories burned-walked 2.0mph around my office and at the mall , walked 3.0 mph. and 2 miles, treadmill climb 42 mins and 3 miles. total miles=5
    2- 710 calories burned-treadmill climb 60 minutes, walked slow at work, 20 minutes. 3.5 miles.
