So I have gotten in 7.75 miles in two days, but it is really taking an effort to get it in. This is a great challenge for me, my dog is loving getting out for walks again. Noticed one of the other members on here mentioned rowing. I need to try that for a couple of days this week. I used to row at the gym, then for some reason stopped doing it.0 -

9/2 - 349 calories - treadmill - walk/jog 2.8 miles (am) and 498 calories - ifit simulated incline treadmill hike - 2.0 miles (pm)

Total Miles = 7.5
Maybe this NordicTrack incline treadmill isn't so bad! You all are doing great! Major motivation for me to "feel the burn"...0 -
