I put out a challenge ealier on in August for anyone who wants to add 10% to their last months total so that we keep moving forward. I didn't get many takers. Add your own percentage to last months but do add something to keep moving forward.
Anyway, having issued the challenge (it seemed like a good idea at the time :laugh: ) I now have to go with it.
My target last month was 150 so I am adding 15 to that which makes it 165 :sad: I will do my best but no promises :noway:

Although I would LOVE to be able to do as Chevy says and move every day, it's challenging to b able to do so! I only track formal exercise and then... life happens :grumble:
Monday was Labor Day, and I had to clean the keys home and drive back to reality. LOTS of steps and climbing of stairs, but not formal exercise. Tuesday, I was supposed to be off from work and head to the gym but my coworker had an accident and I had to go and fill in for him. But I finally hit the gym yesterday!! Oh well, hopefully I will have better luck from now on. I will be happy to track at least 5 days of the week. I think that is a more doable goal :ohwell:0 -

I was super late last night - and a bit early tonight. My father-in-law decided to come up to help us with some stuff at the house, so I'll be working on construction projects the rest of the night and not sure I'll have it in me to update later.... so, here it is for you for tonight.
