    35 minutes of walking hills/running on the treadmill, weights for arm work, sit-ups on an exercise ball.

    I am SICK! Stuffy nose, headache, cough, basically feel like death...

    I tried to do the eliptical but I couldn't breath so I only managed 11 mins :(
    I usually do about 35 mins on the eliptical 5 days a week (2.5 miles) and walk my dog 30 mins a day.
    Tomorrow is another day

    I have been cleaning today, does that count?

    Sure;...any movement counts as calories burned. But don't over do, even if its only cleaning. Feel better soon!

    Beautiful sunny day perfect for my 10k walk run - yesterday core. Tomorrow's plan 3k, core & upper body. Feels great to be moving again. I have not done strength training since last year due to illness so very excited to try again .... Have a wonderful evening everyone.

    Franticly moving my body about, shamelessly, in a locked room (hey, nobody needs an audience when you have NO skills @ dancing) for about 35 minutes. I LEGIT just turn pandora on, run in place to every other song, then the other songs do lunges/squats/dance move type things (loosely defined, respectively), until the song changes. Don't judge, I'm on a limited schedule here.
  • Yard work for about 45 min, 1 mile run, and 50 minutes or RPM.

    Woke up with a headache. Wife reported hearing thunder and seeing lightning. Went for a 44 minute bike ride. Some days you simply have to over-come the obstacles and get your exercise in.

  • Just about to go for a walk along the canal where I live to the town centre which takes 20 mins there and back and also a walk round the centre so 60 mins in all xx

    Took my pup Sadie for a nice long walk this morning. I am also doing a 30 day plank and Bulgarian challenge so will be doing that in just a little bit. Today was mostly a relax/off day. : )

    I have just finished 45 minutes on Elliptical trainer. Will try and shuffle a 5k later this evening.
    I'm super excited about working out and seem to have this renewed burst of energy.

    Did SL 5x5 (squat 100lb, bench press 75 lbs, rows 80 lbs) and mowed the lawn for an hour and a half. Tired!

    I got up and was motivated. Had a little too much fun with friends last night so I kicked my butt...... Walked my pup...went back out and did sprint intervals and finished with yoga ???????? tonight I will work with weights ???????????????? ☺

    I try and get out and take a walk every day on my lunch break. Depending on what all I have going on, I can log anywhere from 1 mile to 2 1/2 miles on my break. Not only is it exercise (duh :wink: ) but it gets me out in the fresh air & away from the same 4 walls that confine me for 8 hrs a day. After work, I try & get out to walk some more, do a weight training set, ride a bike, etc. I get bored easily so I need to move :blushing:
