I showed up to spin class today with no socks... thankfully the instructor had an extra pair she let me borrow. Other times, I have come to work and gotten dressed to go running and realized I brought 2 left shoes (as I have multiple pairs of the same shoes...) It sucks, especially when you've had to work up the internal motivation to get moving. BUT, Dean, hang in there and make up the miles tonight ha.

Decided to make a spur of the moment road trip to the beach yesterday. The wave tops were 15 to 18 foot tall, and huge sneaker waves. So today, I am taking a rest day, jut took a walk.
