Rode my stationary bike at home this morning because I have two doctor appointments this afternoon --going to have the "second" knee x-rayed and get an opinion on its condition, and then the monthly eye injections for wet Macular Degeneration. So the point is I added 7.52 miles.

CECI_O_K - I don't blame you! I'd take every advantage of it as I could! I think it was 14F and windy during my lunch walk today. Not very inviting. haha
I added another chilly 1.7 miles walking. That icon has nothing to do with my workout. I just like the cookie. haha

Had a nice, wet cold ride today. I really wish the weather would make up its mind. Yesterday it was a cold, wet walk, oh well.
