    Ok, So I have fallen off the wagon about a million times this year. I'd like to set a goal for the rest of the year of 200 miles Starting with Sunday October 5th.

    Goal 200 miles Oct. 5- Dec. 31st

    It took me some time to find our site! Great to be back! Last Sun I rode 30 mi. Trying to ride as much as possible! 1 week from Sun is 32 mile charity ride. Sort of nervous about it because of the hills 1440 elevation. I'm staying focused because for me this is not a race but a ride. I know there are several people who think otherwise! B)
