Having that pulled muscle set me back a bit. I've been feeling the urge to binge creep up on me. Two days ago I tried to justify it as overeating, but yesterday was a full out binge state, did some pretty serious damage. I nearly gave into it again today, but somehow salvaged my day and even got in some light/non-strenuous exercise. Glad that I overcame the binge today at least. I think the pulled muscle has healed, so going to try to get back into my workout routine tomorrow. Trying to tell myself that all is not lost after my binge (although the scale begs to differ, but hopefully that evens out!).0 -

Kge, good for you for stopping the binge. I love that saying about "just because you dropped your phone on the floor, doesn't mean you have to stomp on it." I always try to keep that in mind when I start slipping.0 -
Good advice pudding... must remember that one

I went over my calories yesterday, but I didn't binge. It's difficult to maintain a deficit right now because I have many family functions with calorie dense food for the next week or so. Not that I mind, really. As long as I'm not binging, I consider it a victory.0 -

Boubou, you can get through this. You have already come so far!! I was binge-free once for 2+ months, then had a bit of a relapse. But we just keep trying, and with each slip up, we can use it as an opportunity to learn something new about ourselves, and can keep making progress. Start the day fresh, don't spend a second thinking about yesterdays regrets!
