I went for a run during my lunch hour just now because I know I won't have time after work, going to be "Painting With a Twist". So adding 5.6 miles!

Quick trip to New York City. 5 mile run yesterday on the hotel treadmill. Rest day today - glad I can just relax after the flight home. Tomorrow is my long run.

Made goal earlier in the last couple months. Split them uprights, ready for the last week. Supposed to have real good riding weather for the rest of the week. Just waiting to see my 'cycling friends' again. Good way to end the calendar week.

    01/15 - 1.0 miles walking
    01/16 - 13.0 miles cycling
    01/17 - 1.0 miles walking
    01/18 - 3.0 miles walking
    01/19 - 11.0 miles cycling
    01/20 - 13.0 miles cycling
    01/21 - 9.0 miles cycling

    Total: 154.0 miles

Another 6.6 miles walking from Monday, Tuesday, and this morning; bringing my total miles 52.7 for January.

I have a fitness test after work that I'm kind of dreading - even though I signed up for it. Then depending on whether I end up mostly dead or all dead, as determined by Miracle Max, I may attend a Curves Body Basic class tonight.

I hope everyone has a great day.

If you're mostly dead, he can bring you back. If you're completely dead, the only thing to do is go through your pockets and look for loose change. Have fun storming the castle!

Can the next person updating the spreadsheet fix my number? It says 68.9 miles but my ticker is correct at 65.6. Thanks

Found some time to move anyway. Glad I found a few minutes to get on here and post too.
Monday 3.75 miles, Tuesday 4.25 miles, today 2 miles. :D

    September total 60 miles

Keep on moving everyone (as best you can anyway. DO NOT push too hard through injuries, we want you to heal quickly so you can keep on, not put yourself on the sidelines by trying too hard)
