GRANDMAJACKIE - your post is confusing to me... you say "21 miles of 75 left" - is that a typo and you have completed 21, or are you saying you have 21 left, and (if my math is correct) you have 54 miles completed? I'm guessing it's a typo and you've completed 21, but if you could clarify in your next update so we can make sure the spreadsheet is accurate, that would be awesome. Thanks!!
I got in 21.9 miles on the bike tonight. My hip is not feeling awesome, which riding bike usually doesn't do - it feels like I ran a long run. That does not make me happy, so I will be doing some extra gentle stretching here before I go to bed to hopefully loosen it up a bit.0 -
Got both a lunch walk in this afternoon and a fast walk on the TM at the gym this evening for a total of 3.4 miles today.
@HOLLI - Hope the stretching helps your hip! It hasn't been that long since mine bothered me really bad so I feel for you. :flowerforyou:

Does anyone know how to send files from iFit to Training Peaks or Garmin? I can input the numbers but I would like the graphs to go as well.0
