    @sufferlandrian‌, you know you are going to kill it, those 300 miles. Just as soon as I can get more than 15 rides a month and some decent weather, then I will go back up to 200 to 300 a month. I am going through the cycling tour schedule for this year, seeing what I am going to sign up for, give those 'proper cyclists' an *kitten* ripping.


    The owner of the clinic we lease just bought a Pro Form Tour de France indoor cycle. I'm pumped to be able to input maps on google and then ride them. :smiley:

    OK now down to business. Got a good ride today, weather iffy but good enough.

    02/02 - 11.0 miles cycling

    Those tired of ice, wind chills in the minus and snow say "amen". It is cramping my training and clogging the gym equipment. Guess it's gym workouts at 5 am or 10pm.....yuck.

    GRANDMAJACKIE - your post is confusing to me... you say "21 miles of 75 left" - is that a typo and you have completed 21, or are you saying you have 21 left, and (if my math is correct) you have 54 miles completed? I'm guessing it's a typo and you've completed 21, but if you could clarify in your next update so we can make sure the spreadsheet is accurate, that would be awesome. Thanks!!

    I got in 21.9 miles on the bike tonight. My hip is not feeling awesome, which riding bike usually doesn't do - it feels like I ran a long run. That does not make me happy, so I will be doing some extra gentle stretching here before I go to bed to hopefully loosen it up a bit.

    Got both a lunch walk in this afternoon and a fast walk on the TM at the gym this evening for a total of 3.4 miles today.

    @HOLLI - Hope the stretching helps your hip! It hasn't been that long since mine bothered me really bad so I feel for you. :flowerforyou:
