Feeling a bit behind the 8ball. If I'm going to make goal, I should have about 50 miles on Sunday. I'm not exactly sure how to work this month out with the move and shuttling the kid to his old school from our new house. I'm going to have to figure out how to bump this up.0 -

Today my training program announced: "Congratulations, you've completed your marathon training. That's right, you're done. For the next three weeks our goal is to balance your need for rest and the need to maintain your fitness." So I peeked ahead and this week's long run is *only* 14 miles. Are you serious, after a build up like that? Today was just a quick little 6 miles. And it actually was quick - that heavy feeling in my legs after the 45+ mile hell week has finally worn off.
