    You seem to be doing really well with this. I called yesterday even. I had a chocolate bar, but only half of it.

    Well I'm doing great except for the 10000 steps every day. I can manage it as 70000 steps a week but some days (normally working days) I am under. Maybe I should change my gremlin goal to 70000steps a week. If so, I am king hitting those gremlins

    I'm in Sydney for the weekend and we have big walking plans. Ferry to Manly then at least 10kms walking and possibly bike hire if we have time in the afternoon. Tomorrow morning we've booked an Opera House tour (lots of stairs apparently) and if we have a time a walk across the Harbour Bridge.

    Are your gremlins swine?.....lol. I'm kind of imagining those whack a mole games that kids play at amusement parks. I''ve got this great big bat raised over my shoulder and I'm whacking those moles everytime they pop their heads up....lol

    That's a great image. Mine are, variably, swine, rat bastids, demons and brats.

    Stay at or under my calorie target
    Average 10,000 Fitbit steps per day (70,000 steps minimum per week)
    Dont eat in the car
    No more than 3 coffees per day

    Had a huge weekend in Sydney walking 30406 steps saturday and 14432 steps sunday.
    Went on a Sydney Opera House tour sunday, caught the ferry to Manly Saturday and walked to the Heads then caught a bus back to the Spit Bridge and walked back to Many ferry through the Harbour National Park. 112 flights of stairs climbed saturday. My legs are stiff and sore so long hot baths in order.
    So that was my highest flights of stairs on one day and highest step count in one day since I got my fitbit.

    Feeling happy like a rainbow just hit me in the *kitten*...lol
