Oop I just missed the update. Oh well, I'll only be green for a couple of hours anyway. Added 5 miles today. Part of that was outside in a light rain....I just couldn't do all of my walking on the treadmill.

They did merge but T-Mobile was a different carrier wave before. They use the same signal as Verizon. All the T-Mobile towers had to be switched to the AT&T signal type. If you had T-Mobile in Montana they made you get a different phone or your phone wouldn't pick up the signal. You should have been able to pick up the Verizon towers. I'm not sure what happened there. Verizon has more towers than AT&T in Montana.0 -

I got my long run done today. It was weirdly cool for summer. A great day for running - not so much for going to the beach.

18.9 miles - 15.3 in cycle class #4. The instructor was right about it taking three classes to get calluses on your butt, this one didn't hurt as much and it was a 60 min class, whereas the other is 45. The rest was walking outside - heard a huge crash in the woods, thought Bigfoot was about to come running out.

@JTH11706 aww, you are so sweet, thank you! :flowerforyou: you're my running hero too! You're always training for such awesome races! I can't wait to get back to it but I'm trying to be patient. I could however quickly see myself embracing the laziness!

Had to watch the 2 grandies at their house in town. I was on my way out the door to go for my 4 miler when my son called saying they needed a sitter. So I put the 2 year old in the stroller & we three went & walked 2 miles around their streets (got smoothies at McDonalds). I did yard work for them etc..& took the kids to our annual parade (boy did it get hot!). Got home & did 12.75 on the ex bike. Now this should put me in the green for more than a few minutes! LOL
