@TIALYNN1 - Are you sure that total you posted of 161.4 is correct as I already had you at 166.6...Oh I see what I did, I also added your 12 miles of biking in your last post. You're counting those too, aren't you?
@ALETHAMARY - YES! Please try to get your last couple of miles in on Friday so you can bask in the glory of making GOAL!
I got another long lunch walk in today to add 3.5 more bonus miles to my total! Woohoo!!

Just got home from spending 5 hours working in our master gardener demo garden. Only four of us showed up to help. Everyone whimped out because they could not take 100 degrees of sweating, fly bites, nats and sweat bees along with broken drip lines, liquid fence and fish emolusions. Gee, I wonder why they didn't want that kind of fun.
July 29: 5 miles if beastly hot and humid running along with five miles of walking not mention hours of garden work. Phew...I am bushed

Sorry I've disappeared for a few days. added 11.25 miles since Sunday for a July total of 132.75. I SHOULD (fingers crossed here) hit goal today.

Some more miles on the bike and another doggie walk. Although I had to lower my goal this month, I have to say bonus miles are pretty cool! And, it's nice I'm nearing what my original goal was (although I won't quite make that!)
Keep moving @ss movers! Whether you're there, are almost there or not going to make it but moving anyway, keep it up! I don't comment much but I truly love hearing how everyone keeps moving! You all inspire me every day
