I think the weekly format worked at keeping people motivated because they got an email every week with the new challenge. We've lost a lot of participants this year. I am unable to create weekly challenges or even send participants challenge emails as I'm not the organizer of this group... I think Reese and Nona(?) are the admins...

I was having problems today with the hip I messed up a couple months back. It almost feels like it falls out of proper alignment and rubs funny as I move. I think I'm going to have to convince myself to get back into strength training so those muscles will hold it in place.0 -
I'm to say 4 miles walk today. I'm not sure exactly how far I went but two big beers with dinner meant lots of lapping my parents block this evening to balance the calories.0

Visiting my parents this weekend so my son can trick or treat so I got to run on the bike path by the river. It's fairly flat so I felt like I was flying, although I still move at a snail's pace.

Another Hike at Shawnee Mission Park. The dogs really love the off leash area. It's fun to watch how happy they are out there. My knee is still giving me issues, so I haven't been running... did attempt a lil running tonight... didn't get very far.
