I need to pick up the pace but it's dark when I leave in the morning and dark when I get home so no bike riding. It was also TOO cold to get out over the weekend...yes I am a wimp0 -
Good morning and happy Monday! I'm adding a 15.3 bike ride and 3.1 on elliptical. I'm back in "no running until you're cleared by podiatry" on my ankle due to some questionable findings on my MRI from my sprain this summer (MRI was ordered because of the slow healing rate, even though it's not painful.) I'll know more Wednesday.

Got out to enjoy the weather yesterday for a killer bike ride- almost 25 miles in 90 minutes (very fast for me- thanks to the faster ones who let me draft!)
I'm heading out tomorrow for vacation(ish). Will be visiting family in Texas. There probably won't be much moving. We'll see. I'm not taking the bike, but I am taking running gear. (Too bad I won't be able to count chasing after grandkids!)0 -
