    6.1 mile run/walk. Runkeeper tried to mess with me by pushing my distance ahead 0.04miles but I know which tree and crack in the asphalt marks my miles. I was trying to break a 9 min mile and I did and had to do some weird calculations while oxygen deprived.

    That is goal :) I will think about raising it, but for now I'm going to be happy to feel like I'm getting back on track after the last couple months of struggles!

    Got back last night. Trip back through the pass was a nightmare, Went from temps down in the 20's and dry/windy conditions, to El Nino floods, pouring rain and high winds. Due to my son's illness I have not ridden since Monday last. Hopefully tomorrow. So you can see how my last 8 days have went. Walking hospital corridors, Getting my son settled at home 2 nasty travel days and crappy weather today.

    11/10 - 03.0 miles walking (travel day)
    11/11 - 03.0 miles walking (hospital)
    11/12 - 03.0 miles walking (hospital)
    11/13 - 03.0 miles walking (hospital)
    11/14 - 03.0 miles walking (hospital)

    Total: 96.0 miles

    11/15 - 03.0 miles walking (his discharge)
    11/16 - 04.0 miles walking (travel day)
    11/17 - 02.0 miles walking

    Total: 105.0 miles

    Walked w/DH and Bean then got on the bike then went to 1st grade then worked out to JM's Shred It w/Weights. A good day!

    6 mile run today. Very hot here but I finished it. Hooray for the other slackers giving it their best. You inspire me. Only 26/75 but very determined!!

    Well it's nice to see I am making progress. Come on everyone who has fallen behind, it is not too late to get it moving toward your goal!!!

    I think I qualify to join the Slackers Club of those that need to kick the turbo booster in ASAP!! :anguished: I've been way overwhelmed with a project that has been consuming all of my free time outside of work. Not sure how much longer it's going to go, but I HAVE to get my @ss moving before I break my scale in two just stepping on it. :laugh:

    Well I am now running with sunrise before going to work and running at sunset when I walk out of my building. My parking lot is well lit and I have a faithful male runner out there running at the same time. It's boring but beats getting hit by a car or run over by a deer.
