Got back last night. Trip back through the pass was a nightmare, Went from temps down in the 20's and dry/windy conditions, to El Nino floods, pouring rain and high winds. Due to my son's illness I have not ridden since Monday last. Hopefully tomorrow. So you can see how my last 8 days have went. Walking hospital corridors, Getting my son settled at home 2 nasty travel days and crappy weather today.

6 mile run today. Very hot here but I finished it. Hooray for the other slackers giving it their best. You inspire me. Only 26/75 but very determined!!

Well I am now running with sunrise before going to work and running at sunset when I walk out of my building. My parking lot is well lit and I have a faithful male runner out there running at the same time. It's boring but beats getting hit by a car or run over by a deer.0
