    @Dean: Too funny!
    @Dave: The classic signs of withdrawal symptoms are looking at your wrist constantly and pushing buttons that are not there. Sweaty profusely. And wondering what to do for the extra time you have on your hands when you cannot read your stats.
    @Just_Ceci: Keeping good thoughts that your surgery went well and you are not in too much discomfort.

    Monday I decided as part of my class workout to have my students do a quad stretch where you balance on one leg and hold the other leg up behind you. I now realize how tight my left quad is since my knee surgery two years ago because I could barely hold it up. And now I have been paying with knee pain and swelling because of doing the stretch for five classes. At least I know that it feels some serious stretching.

    Feb. 9: 7.75 miles of walking and jumping rope. I guess I will be on the hamster wheel tomorrow because of the weather.

    10 at 4:30 this morning! Thank you God for coffee!!!!! I soooo wanted to come home after work & walk outside (it was 50* with ZERO wind) but had to go clean for 3 hours for my bachelor friend! He NEEDS a wife!!!

    Yesterday I walked w/DH and Bean then got on the bike then went to 1st grade then did nothing but read for the rest of the day! Exercised my brain parts!!

    2/9 - 6.06 miles
    2/9 - 12.80 bike miles

    @JANET - Yup, it was super easy once the Restore from Backup completed. Pretty much all that was left to do was to go into a bunch of apps and sign back into my accounts. Thankfully I had an up-to-the-minute backup of my old phone!!! :smile:

    @CLEPANT - Yes, I've already been staring at my bare wrist expecting it to magically reappear! :lol:

    @VHUBER - That's awfully nice of you to do that for him....is he not physically able to himself?

    Just walking so far this month:
